یک نمای کلی از سلامت معنوی در بیماران سرطانی

مقدمه: معنویت یکی از قسمت های پیچیده و چند بعدی تجربه انسانی ودارای  ابعاد  شناختی تجربی و رفتاری است. دیسترس ها و بحران های معنوی می تواند دارای یک اثر نامطلوب در سلامت جسمی و روحی باشند. از سوی دیگر ،بیماریها  نیز  باعث ایجاد دیسترس معنوی برای بیمار و خانواده او می شود. این مسئله در بیماران دارای بیماری مزمن از جمله سرطانی ها، مهمتر است. هدف این بررسی فراهم نمودن یک نمای کلی از سلامت معنوی در بیماران سرطانی است.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی - آینده نگر است ،که بر روی 1442 بیمار مبتلا به سرطان تشخیص داده شده در بخش پاتولوژی بیمارستان شهید رجایی، کوثر و ولایت در دوره زمانی آبان ماه 139۰  لغایت آذر ماه  9۴ و به روش سرشماری ، انجام شده است. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه ی سلامت معنوی پالوتزین الیسون بود. با سوالاتی در مورد اهمیت و نیاز به معنویت و بررسی سلامت معنوی توسط پزشک ما به بررسی معنویت در بین بیماران سرطانی  پرداختیم. از روش های آماری توصیفی  و تحلیلی برای آنالیز داده ها ، استفاده شد.p<0.05
یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی 14۶۵ بیمار 66/۷4 ±۵۶  ( رنج سنی 26 تا 81) سال بود.850  (58 %)بیمار مرد بودند. نتایج نشان داد که سطح سلامت معنوی 21 درصد بیماران در سطح متوسط،  55 درصد  در سطح متوسط و  23 درصد در سطح بالا قرار داشتند. میانگین نمرات سلامت مذهبی در بیماران بالاتر از میانگین نمرات سلامت وجودی بود. بین متغیرهای دموگرافی با سلامت معنوی(65/0p=) ارتباط آماری معنی داری یافت نشد. اما بین درجه بندی پیشرفت سرطان و سلامت معنوی ارتباط آماری معنی داری یافت شد (04/0p=).
نتیجه گیری: توجه به معنویت در بیماران دارای بیماری های مزمن، شاخص مهمی است. پزشکان لازم است با همه جوانب عوامل دخیل در بیماری ،جسمی،روحی و معنوی آشنا باشند.مداخلات درمانی باید شامل توصیه های معنوی در خصوص پیشگیری،درمان طبی و مراقبت های تکمیلی باشد.بعلاوه ،اجزاء عمومی توصیه های معنوی باید در غربالگری های روتین پزشکی ،لحاظ گردد.
