تأثیر آموزش دارو درمانی بر تبعیت دارویی بیماران با اختلالات روانی: یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی

مقدمه: یکی از اهداف مهم درمان در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانی تبعیت درمان دارویی است زیرا عدم تبعیت دارو موجب عود بیماری می‌شود و فرایند درمان را مختل می‌نماید. این پژوهش با هدف تأثیر آموزش دارو درمانی برتبعیت دارویی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانی بستری انجام شد.
روش کار: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی 80 بیمار با تشخیص اختلال روانی بستری در بیمارستان روانپزشکی فرشچیان شهر همدان واقع در غرب کشور ایران از مهرماه تا بهمن ماه 1396 شرکت کردند. شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (40 نفر) و کنترل (40 نفر) تقسیم شدند. مداخله آموزش دارودرمانی در چهار جلسه یک ساعتی به صورت گروهی (هر گروه 10 نفر) اجرا شد. گروه کنترل مراقبت‌های روتین پرستاری را دریافت کردند. میزان تبعیت بیماران با استفاده از چک لیست مشاهده تبعیت دارویی قبل و بعد از مداخله بررسی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: دو گروه از نظر مشخصات فردی تفاوت معنی داری با هم نداشتند (05/0 < P). میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره تبعیت دارویی قبل از مداخله در گروه آزمایش 03/4 ± 55/0 و گروه کنترل 43/4 ± 5/1 بود که آزمون آماری تفاوت معنی داری نشان نداد (306/0 = P). بعد از مداخله تفاوت میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره تبعیت دارویی در گروه آزمایش (27/3 ± 02/5) و کنترل (53/3 ± 17/1) از لحاظ آماری معنادار بود (001/0 > P).
نتیجه گیری: مداخلات آموزش دارودرمانی روی تبعیت دارودرمانی در بیماران با اختلال روانی تأثیر مثبتی داشته است بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود در برنامه مراقبت پرستاری از بیماران آموزش درباره داروهای مصرفی بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
