مقایسه سیستم‌های مغزی رفتاری، تنظیم شناختی هیجان و نارسایی‌های شناختی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اسکیزوفرنی، اختلال افسردگی اساسی و افراد بهنجار

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه سیستم‌های بازداری/فعال‌سازی رفتاری، سبک‌های مثبت و منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان و نارسایی‌های شناختی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات اسکیزوفرنی و افسردگی، و افراد بهنجار صورت گرفت.
روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع علی-مقایسه‌ای بود که جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه بیماران مرد مبتلا به اختلالات اسکیزوفرنی و افسردگی (65 بیمار) بیمارستان‌های ایثار و فاطمی شهر اردبیل در بهار سال 1395 بود. نمونه پژوهش 30 بیمار اسکیزوفرنیک و 30 بیمار افسرده بود که به روش کل‌شماری انتخاب شده و با 30 فرد بهنجار مقایسه شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه سیستم‌های بازداری/فعال‌سازی رفتاری کارور و وایت (BAS/BIS)، پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی (CER)، و پرسشنامه نارسایی‌های شناختی (CFQ) برادبنت و همکاران استفاده شد. داده‌های به‌دست آمده با روش‌های آماری خی‌دو، تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی LSD با SPSS-18 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که گروه بهنجار حساسیت سیستم فعال‌سازی بیشتر و حساسیت سیستم بازداری کمتری از بیماران اسکیزوفرن و افسرده دارند (05/0 > P)، اما بین بیماران اسکیزوفرن و افسرده تفاوتی در حسایت سیستم‌های فعال‌سازی و بازداری وجود ندارد (05/0 < P). افراد بهنجار بیشتر از سبک‌های تنظیم هیجان مثبت، و بیماران اسکیزوفرنیک و افسرده نیز بیشتر از سبک‌های تنظیم هیجان منفی استفاده می‌کنند (05/0 > P). درنهایت بیماران اسکیزوفرنیک نارسایی‌های شناختی بیشتری از بیماران افسرده دارند، و بیماران افسرده نیز نسبت به افراد بهنجار دچار نارسایی شناختی می‌باشند (05/0 > P).
نتیجه گیری: این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که سیستم‌های مغزی/رفتاری، تنظیم هیجان و نارسایی‌های شناختی احتمالاً نقش مهمی در آسیب‌شناسی اختلالات اسکیزوفرنی و افسردگی دارند و می‌توانند اهداف درمانی مهمی در درمان و توانبخشی این بیماران باشند.
