The purpose of this study was to determine the Efficacy of acceptance and commitment therapy on the hope and psychological well-being of women with breast cancer under chemotherapy. Methods: The present study was a quasi-experimental and pre-test-posttest design with intervention and control group. The statistical population of this study was all women with breast cancer in Shohada-e-Tajrish Hospital. They were selected by purposeful sampling and randomly assigned to two intervention groups (n = 15) and control (n = 15). In the intervention group, 8 sessions of 90-minute intervention Based on acceptance and commitment, and the control group remained on the list. The instrument used in the research was Schneider's hope Questionnaire (1991) and Rheff's Psychological Well-being (1980). Data analysis was performed using SPSS v.23 software in two parts: descriptive (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (covariance analysis). Results: The results of the data analysis indicated that following the provision of acceptance therapy and commitment, the scores of hope and psychological well-being varied in the experimental group in the post-test phase and this type of treatment had a significant positive effect on hope And psychological well-being of women with cancer under chemotherapy (P < 0.001). Conclusions: According to these findings, group therapy of admission and commitment is an effective way to increase the hope and psychological well-being of patients with breast cancer. M3 ER -
