نقابی بر عواطف: نقش بازیگری احساسی بر سلامت روان شناختی و تاب آوری پرستاران

مقدمه: بازیگری احساسی به مدیریت و نحوه بیان احساسات و هیجانها در محیط کار اشاره دارد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه نقش بازیگری احساسی و تاب آوری در سلامت روان پرستاران بود.
روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی بود. بر اساس جدول مورگان، 312 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان قمر بنی هاشم و بیمارستان شهید مدنی در شهرستان خوی به روش در دسترس در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. پرستاران سه پرسشنامه شامل آزمون بازیگری احساسی زاف، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (GHQ) و پرسشنامه مقیاس تاب آوری کونر و دیویدسون را تکمیل نمودند. در نهایت، داده‌ها از طریق تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بازیگری احساسی سطحی رابطه مثبت و معناداری با نشانه‌های بدنی، اضطراب و بی خوابی، نارساکنش وری اجتماعی و افسردگی داشت (001/0 > P)، در حالیکه رابطه آن با تاب آوری و تجربه کاری منفی و معنادار شد (001/0 > P). این در حالی است که به طور منفی 24 درصد سلامت روان را در پرستاران را تبیین کرد. بازیگری احساسی عمیق، رابطه معنادار و مثبتی با اجزاء سلامت روان، تاب آوری و تجربه کاری داشت. به عبارتی هر چه تجربه کاری افزایش می‌یافت، بازیگری احساسی در محیط کار عمیق‌تر و با افزایش بازیگری عمیق، تاب آوری و سلامت روان هم بیشتر می‌شد.
نتیجه گیری: بازیگری احساسی سطحی که اغلب در پرستاران با سابقه کم دیده شد، موجب ناهماهنگی شناختی و تناقض بین رفتار و عقاید می‌شود. در نتیجه می‌تواند سلامت روان شناختی را کاهش دهد. مکانیسم‌های دفاعی که این اضطرابها را مهار می‌کنند، اگر طولانی مدت مورد استفاده قرار گیرند، موجب فرسودگی شغلی خواهند شد.
