fa پیش بینی خودکارآمدی کنش‌وری جنسی بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی، رضایتمندی جنسی و عملکرد جنسی در دانشجویان پرستاری زن متأهل عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> در سالهای اخیر احساس خودکارآمدی کنش&shy;وری جنسی یکی از عوامل مهم در کیفیت زندگی زناشویی و عملکرد جنسی زوجین می باشد و از این رو هدف تحقیق حاضر پیش بینی خودکارآمدی کنش&shy;وری جنسی بر اساس سبک&shy;های دلبستگی، رضایتمندی جنسی و عملکرد جنسی در دانشجویان پرستاری زن متأهل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اهواز بود.<br> <strong>روش کار: </strong>این از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه پژوهش دانشجویان پرستاری زن متأهل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اهواز بود. بدلیل محدود بودن تعداد جامعه، کل جامعه به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند(60 نفر). همه آنها مقیاس&shy;های دلبستگی بزرگسالان، رضایت جنسی، عملکرد جنسی زنان و خودکارآمدی جنسی-کنش&shy;وری جنسی زنان را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS-21</span> و با روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه ورود تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>&nbsp;یافته ها:</strong> یافته ها نشان داد سبک دلبستگی ایمن(357/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span>)، رضایت جنسی (264/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span>) و عملکرد جنسی(677/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span>)، با خودکارآمدی کنش&shy;وری جنسی دانشجویان زن متأهل پرستاری رابطه معنادار مثبت و دلبستگی ناایمن اضطرابی(318/0-=<span dir="LTR">r</span>) و دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی (374/0-=<span dir="LTR">r</span>) با خودکارآمدی کنش&shy;وری جنسی دانشجویان زن متاهل پرستاری رابطه معنادار منفی دارد. همچنین رضایت جنسی با (31/0=<span dir="LTR">b</span>)، قوی&shy;ترین پیش&shy;بینی کننده معنادار خودکارآمدی کنش&shy;وری جنسی می&shy;باشد.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span> </strong><span dir="RTL">نتایج حاکی از نقش و اهمیت متغیرهای سبک&shy;های دلبستگی، رضایتمندی جنسی و عملکرد جنسی در پیش بینی خودکارآمدی کنش&shy;وری جنسی دانشجویان زن متاهل پرستاری بود. بنابراین مشاوران و روان درمانگران باید بر اساس این عوامل برنامه های مناسبی جهت افزایش خودکارآمدی کنش&shy;وری جنسی دانشجویان زن متاهل پرستاری طراحی و اجرا کنند.&nbsp;</span> <strong>Introduction</strong>: In recent years, the self-efficacy of sexual activity is one of the most important factors in the quality of marital life. Therefore, the aim of this study was to Prediction of Self-efficacy of sexual activity based on attachment styles, sexual satisfaction and sexual function in married female nursing students of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz.<br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This study was a correlational type. The research population was married female nursing student at Ahvaz Islamic Azad University. Due to the limited number of communities, the entire community was selected by census method sampling (60 people). All of them completed the scales of adult attachment, sexual satisfaction, female sexual function, women&#39;s self-efficacy of sexual activity. Data was analyzed with using SPSS-21 and by Pearson correlation and multiple regression with enter model methods.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings showed that secure attachment styles (r=0/357), sexual satisfaction (r=0/264) and sexual function (r=0/677), had a significantly positive relationship with married female nursing students&rsquo; self-efficacy of sexual activity and ambivalent attachment style (r=-0/318) and avoidant attachment style (r=-0/374) had a significantly negative relationship with married female nursing students&rsquo; self-efficacy of sexual activity. Also, the sexual satisfaction (b=0/31<span dir="RTL">(</span> The most powerful predictor of self-efficacy of sexual activity are positive and significant efficacy.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusions: </strong>The results indicated the role and importance of the variables of attachment styles, sexual satisfaction and sexual function in predicting the self-efficacy of sexual activism of married female nursing students.
