fa ارتباط عملکرد انعکاسی با سبک های غذا دادن مادران کودکان پیش دبستانی شهر قزوین تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> رفتارهای غذایی کودکان موضوع بسیار مهمی است که بسیاری از والدین را درگیر می&shy;کند. نقش فهم مادر از احساسات کودک و شیوه&shy;های غذا دادن او از موضوعات مهم تعامل مادر-کودک است. به همین دلیل پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه عملکرد انعکاسی با سبک&shy;های غذا دادن مادران کودکان پیش&shy;دبستانی شهر قزوین انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش&shy;:</strong> پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی می&shy;باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را مادران دارای کودک 0 تا 5 سال شهر قزوین تشکیل می&shy;دهد. برای انجام پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری داوطلبانه تعداد 163 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه&shy;های عملکرد انعکاسی مادر (<span dir="LTR">PRFQ</span>) و سبک&shy;های غذا دادن مادر به کودک (<span dir="LTR">ISS</span>) بود. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی کانونی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> دو کانون اصلی شناسایی شد. کانون اول به شدت تحت تأثیر خرده مقیاس&shy;های پیش&shy;ذهنی سازی و علاقه و کنجکاوی از عملکرد انعکاسی مادر و خرده مقیاس&shy;های فشار آوردن، پاداش دادن و الگوسازی از سبک غذا دادن قرار دارد.&nbsp; کانون دوم، تحت تأثیر اطمینان و علاقه و کنجکاوی از عملکرد انعکاسی و الگوسازی، پایش، کنترل، فشار آوردن و محدودسازی از سبک&shy;های غذا دادن قرار دارد.<br> <strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> عملکرد انعکاسی مادر نقش به سزایی در تعیین شیوه&shy;های غذا دادن او به کودک دارد. در صورتی که مادران عملکرد انعکاسی بهتری داشته باشند از روش&shy;های کارآمدتر برای تعامل با کودک در ارتباط با تغذیه استفاده می&shy;کند و انعطاف بیشتری در این روش&shy;ها از خود نشان می&shy;دهد.&shy; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Children&#39;s eating behaviors are a very important issue that concerns many parents. The role of the mother in understanding the child&#39;s feelings and feeding strategies is one of the most important issues of mother-child interaction. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between reflective function and feeding styles of mothers of preschool children in Qazvin<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study is a correlational study. The statistical population of the study consists of mothers with children aged 0 to 5 years in Qazvin. To conduct the research, 163 participants were selected using voluntary sampling method. The research instruments included the Parental Reflective Functioning Questionnaire (PRFQ) and Instrument for the identification of parental feeding strategies (ISS). &nbsp;Research data were analyzed using canonical correlation analysis<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Two dimensions were identified. The first dimension was strongly influenced by the pre-mentallization and interest-curiosity subscales of maternal reflective function and the pressing, rewarding, and modeling subscales of the feeding styles. The second dimension was influenced by certainty and interest-curiosity subscales of maternal reflective function and modeling, monitoring, child&#39;s control, pressing and restriction subscales of the feeding styles<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The maternal reflective function plays an important role in determining her feeding styles.
