fa ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس اصلاح شده وسواس فکری عملی ییل- براون برای اختلال بدریخت انگاری بدن در افراد تراجنسیتی Psychometric Properties of the Revised Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Scale for Body Dysmorphic Disorder in Transgenders تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: اختلال بدریخت انگاری بدن در افراد تراجنسیتی شیوع بسیار بالایی دارد. بر همین اساس؛ هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس اصلاح شده وسواس فکری عملی ییل- براون برای اختلال بدریخت انگاری بدن در افراد تراجنسیتی بود. روش کار: روش این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نوع مطالعات روان‌سنجی بود. کلیه افراد تراجنسیتی که در نیمه اول سال 1403 ساکن شهر تهران بودند، جامعه آماری این مطالعه را تشکیل می‌دادند. از این میان 99 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس اصلاح شده وسواس فکری- عملی ییل- براون برای اختلال بدریخت انگاری بدن، پرسشنامه نگرانی از بدشکلی بدن اُستوزین و همکاران، پرسشنامه عزت نفس روزنبرگ و زیرمقیاس‌های نظارت بدن و شرم بدن پرسشنامه آگاهی شیء انگاری بدنی مک‌کینلی و هاید پاسخ دادند. برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و روایی همزمان و برای بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بهره گرفته شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و نرم افزار AMOS نسخه 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی ساختار سه عاملی این پرسشنامه را مورد تأیید قرار داد (069/0RMSEA=،  067/2 X2/DF=، 94/0GFI=، 96/0 NFI=، 98/0CFI=). روایی همزمان پرسشنامه که حاکی از همبستگی مثبت مقیاس اصلاح شده وسواس فکری عملی ییل- براون برای اختلال بدریخت انگاری بدن با نگرانی از بدشکلی بدن (01/0P<، 888/0 r=)، نظارت بدن (01/0P<، 461/0 r=) و شرم بدن (01/0P<، 532/0 r=) و همبستگی منفی آن با عزت نفس (01/0P<، 484/0- r=) بود، مطلوب به نظر می‌رسید. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه برابر با 95/0 به دست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مقیاس اصلاح شده وسواس فکری- عملی ییل- براون برای اختلال بدریخت انگاری بدن، روایی و پایایی مطلوبی در جامعه افراد تراجنسیتی دارد. به صورت کلی این مقیاس ابزاری مفید برای درمانگران و پژوهشگرانی است که روی مشکلات روان‌شناختی افراد تراجنستی کار می‌کنند.   Introduction: Body dysmorphic disorder is very prevalent in transgender people. Accordingly, the present study aimed to investigate the psychometric properties of the revised Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive disorder scale for body dysmorphic disorder in transgenders. Methods: This research method was descriptive-analytical and a type of psychometric study. All transgenders residing in Tehran in the second half of 2024 constituted the statistical population of this study. Of these, 99 people were selected using the available sampling method and responded to the Revised Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Scale for Body Dysmorphic Disorder, the Ocetosine et al. Body Dysmorphic Questionnaire, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Questionnaire, and the Body Monitoring and Body Shame subscales of the Mcinley & Hyde Objectified Body Consciousness Scale. Confirmatory factor analysis and concurrent validity were used to examine the validity of the questionnaire, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to examine the reliability of the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 and AMOS version 22 software. Results: The confirmatory factor analysis results confirmed this questionnaire's three-factor structure. (X2/DF=2/067, RMSEA=0/069, GFI=0/94, NFI=0.96, CFI=0/98). The concurrent validity of the questionnaire, which indicated a positive correlation of the Revised Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Scale for Body Dysmorphic Disorder with concerns about body deformity (r = 0.888, P< 0.01), body monitoring (r = 0.461, P< 0.01) and body shame, (r = 0.532, P< 0.01) and a negative correlation with self-esteem (r = -0.484, P< 0.01), seemed favorable. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.95. Conclusion: In general, it can be concluded that the Revised Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Scale for Body Dysmorphic Disorder has good validity and reliability in the transgender community.
