افراد به روابط فرا زناشویی ایفا کند. بر همین اساس، در مطالعه حاضر با بررسی مطالعات مختلف در این زمینه، به شناسایی و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت جنسی در روابط زناشویی می b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد آلتاید (1996) منجر به شناسایی 53 نشانگر در سه مقوله اصلی شناسایی شد: عوامل جسمانی (مانند عملکرد جنسی، ناباروری، سن)، عوامل روان‌شناختی (از جمله آگاهی جنسی، سلامت روان، تصویر بدنی) و عوامل زناشویی (مانند رضایت زناشویی، کیفیت ارتباط جنسی، صمیمیت). علاوه بر این، یافته‌ها بر ماهیت چندوجهی رضایت جنسی و تعامل پویا میان عوامل جسمانی، زناشویی قرار می‌گیرد. بر اساس این یافته‌ها، مداخلات آموزشی و روان‌شناختی باید با رویکردی چندوجهی طراحی شوند و به طور هم‌زمان به ابعاد فردی و بین فردی زوجین را مورد توجه قرار دهند. are influenced by various factors, including sexual satisfaction. Sexual satisfaction can play an important role in improving relationships and preventing individuals from engaging in extramarital relationships. Therefore, in the present study, various factors affecting sexual satisfaction in marital relationships are examined by reviewing various studies in this field.<br> Methods:Following a systematic search across national databases (Magiran, SID, Noormags, Irandoc) and international databases (ScienceDirect, PubMed, Google Scholar, Elsevier, ERIC), 34 eligible articles were identified and subjected to content analysis. After implementing the search strategy, applying inclusion/exclusion criteria for the period spanning from 1398 to 1404 (Solar Hijri calendar), and conducting quality appraisal, all articles were screened based on their title, abstract, and full text. Following the removal of duplicates and irrelevant studies, the final set of pertinent articles was selected.<br> &nbsp;Findings: Qualitative content analysis using Altide&#39;s (1996) approach identified 53 indicators in three main categories: physical factors (such as sexual function, infertility, age), psychological factors (such as sexual awareness, mental health, body image), and marital factors (such as marital satisfaction, sexual relationship, intimacy). In addition, the findings emphasized the multifaceted nature of sexual satisfaction and the interaction of physical, psychological, and relational factors.<br> Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that marital satisfaction is a multidimensional and dynamic phenomenon that is influenced by a set of physical, psychological, and marital factors.
