fa ارتباط سبک دلبستگی با روابط بین فردی پرستاران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: داشتن روابط مثبت و سالم با دیگران، کلید رشد و کمال آدمی است و برقراری روابط بین فردی مطلوب از مهم‌ترین عوامل موفقیت در حرفه‌ی پرستاری است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین رابطه‌ی بین سبک دلبستگی و روابط بین فردی در پرستاران بود. روش: در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی 260 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در مراکز آموزشی- درمانی شهر همدان در سال 1392 از طریق نمونه-گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این مطالعه مقیاس سبک دلبستگی بزرگسالان (RAAS) Revised Adult Attachment Scale و مقیاس روابط بین فردی از پرسشنامه‌ هوش هیجانی بار- اون بود. داده‌ها با آمارتوصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیارو خطای انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی شفه) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که اکثریت پرستاران (3/76%) دارای سبک دلبستگی ایمن بودند و بین سبک‌های دلبستگی با روابط بین فردی آن‌ها ارتباط وجود دارد (01/0P≤) به طوری که پرستاران با سبک دلبستگی ایمن روابط بین فردی بهتری داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: سبک دلبستگی نقش مؤثری در برقراری روابط بین فردی ایفا می‌کند. افرادی که از سبک دلبستگی ایمن برخوردار هستند روابط بین فردی مناسب‌تری برقرار می‌کنند و همین امر بر فعالیت‌های حرفه‌ای آن‌ها اثر گذار است. . Introduction: Positive and healthy relationships with others are the key to the growth and perfection of human beings and establish good interpersonal relationships is the most important factors of successful nursing profession. The aim of the study was to determine the association between attachment style and nurses interpersonal relationship. Methods: In this descriptive study, 260 of nurses were selected by random stratified sampling method in educational hospitals of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences in 2013. The instrument used included: Revised adult attachment scale (RAAS), and the scale of interpersonal relations from the Bar-Oven emotional intelligence questionnaire. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistic (Mean, standard deviation and error standard deviation) and inferential statistic (One-way ANOVA and post hoc Scheffe’s test). Results: The results showed that majority of nurses (30.76%) were between secure attachment style and interpersonal relationships with correlation (P≤0.01), indicating that nurses with secure attachment had better interpersonal relationships Conclusion: attachment style is effective and important in interpersonal relationships. People who have secure attachment, their interpersonal relationships are better established and this has impact on their professional activities.
