fa بررسی رابطه دوسویه میان رضایت‌زناشویی و نشانگان افسردگی در زوج‌های مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه</strong><strong>:</strong> افسرگی یکی از مسائل عمده‌ای است که بر تمام جنبه‌های زندگی فرد، از جمله زندگی زناشویی تأثیر می‌گذارد. از این‌رو، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط میان افسردگی و رضایت زناشویی انجام گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش کار</strong><strong>:</strong> پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی بود. تعداد 94 زوج مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج، به‌صورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به دو پرسشنامه خودگزارشی رضایت‌زناشویی انریچ و افسردگی بک پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد میان رضایت زناشویی و افسردگی رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود داشت (01/0 > <span dir="LTR">P</span>). میان افسردگی در زن با رضایت-زناشویی شوهر رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود داشت (01/0 > <span dir="LTR">P</span>). میان افسردگی در شوهر با رضایت‌زناشویی زن رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود داشت (01/0 > <span dir="LTR">P</span>). رضایت زناشویی و افسردگی زن قادر به پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی شوهر است. رضایت زناشویی و افسردگی شوهر قادر به پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی زن است (01/0 > <span dir="LTR">P</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که میان رضایت زناشویی و افسردگی زوجین رابطه منفی وجود دارد. به این معنا که افزایش افسردگی در یکی از همسران باعث کاهش رضایت زناشویی در دیگری می‌شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Depression is one of the major issues that affects all aspects of individual life such as marital life. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between depression and marital satisfaction.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This study was correlational. Ninety four couples who referred to the Counseling Center of Islamic Azad University of Karaj were selected through convenience sampling and responded to the two self-report questionnaires of Enrich Marital Satisfaction and Beck Depressive Inventory. Correlation Coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyze the data.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between marital satisfaction and depression in couples (P < 0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between wife&rsquo;s depression and husband&rsquo;s marital satisfaction (P < 0.01), as well as between husband&rsquo;s depression and wife&rsquo;s marital satisfaction (P < 0.01). Wife&rsquo;s marital satisfaction and depression were able to predict husband&rsquo;s marital satisfaction. Likewise, husband&rsquo;s marital satisfaction and depression were able to predict wife&rsquo;s marital satisfaction (P < 0.01).</p> <p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> The results of this study showed that there was a significant negative correlation between marital satisfaction and depression in couples.
