Methods: This study was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The research population was divorced women who referred to Masire Khoshbakhti clinic of Isfahan city in 2021 year. Date analysis was performed using multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) using SPSS-26. Results: The results of the analysis showed that reality therapy had a significant effect on improving general health and reducing automatic negative thoughts in divorced women in experimental group compared to the control group (p<0.05). Conclusions: Due to the effectiveness of reality therapy on general health and automatic negative thoughts in divorced women, it is recommended that this training be used to reduce psychological injuries of divorce women.
