Introduction: Transformational Leadership and Spirituality are among the most important research topics for work environments, as these phenomena are among the main factors influencing Organizational. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of transformational leadership and spirituality on turnover intention and job satisfaction; the mediating role of resiliency, career adaptability and job involvement among the nurses of Imam Reza hospital in Urmia city. Methods: This study was carried out as structural equations. The statistical population of this study was all nurses of Imam reza Hospital of Urmia city, which consisted of 275. Based on Morgan's table, 200 people were selected by simple random sampling method. Data were collected through standard questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling was applied to evaluate relationships between latent and measured variables in a conceptual model. Results: Also, transformational leadership and spirituality are negatively affected by resiliency and job involvement on job satisfaction (β = 0.05, β = 0.42) the positive and on the, Turnover intention (β = -0.05, β =- 0.28) the service. Transformation leadership and spirituality do not affect job satisfaction(β = 0.05, β = 0.17) through, career adaptability but transformation leader ship negatively influences Turnover intention (β =- 0.06, β =-0.12) due to career adaptability. And spirituality does not affect the Turnover(β = 0.09) intention due to career adaptability. Conclusion: According to research findings, resiliency and job involvement affect the relationship between transformational leadership and spirituality with job satisfaction and turnover intention. These results emphasize the necessity of recognizing the mediating role of resiliency and job involvement in the study of the relationship between transformational Leadership and spirituality with job satisfaction and turnover intention.
